Job Responsibilities 

? Schedule and perform/lead QA audits as required by QA procedures and comply with established audit data collection and reporting requirements.
? Oversee and guide production and quality assurance efforts at factories and vendors to ensure compliance with company and or account quality specifications and production timelines. 
? Interface as necessary with account audit teams/inspectors to solve QA issues.
? Influence, and when necessary, train and guide vendor/factory managers and their quality assurance personnel to adopt methods and procedures which will achieve quality and production goals. 
? Assist factories interpret the sample request and construct samples which can be produced in bulk with a minimum of production issues. 
? Where necessary provide guidance in interpreting QA materials and helping to embed them into factory operating procedures. 
? Assess the strengths and weaknesses of QA staff (and vendor personnel) and act to address weaknesses identified – as it relates to QA.
